Our Process :

The battery pack is fully charged and discharged, then each individual cell is tested to determine which cells are bad.  Next, a process is performed on each bad cell, which is known as “the resurrection process”,  to determine if the cell will receive and hold a charge.  If the cell does not hold a charge or if there is any doubt whether a cell can be reused, it is replaced with a new higher amperage cell.  If the customer wants the entire pack rebuilt or after testing it is determined that the pack is shorted and can not be “resurrected”, the pack will be completely rebuilt with new 2400mAh cells.  This provides the customer with a completely new battery pack, which will have a noticeable increase in the amount of run time and power.

 RETURN IT, AND IT WILL BE FIXED TO YOUR SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY REFUNDED.
